Day 156 of Week 34
Monday, May 7, 2012

Day  before the big test cycle begins.  

Out Test Schedule:
Tuesday, May 8th   8:30-10:30’ish  Language Arts I
Wednesday, May 9th  8:30-10:30’ish Language Arts  II
Thursday, May 10th 8:30-10:30’ish  Math I

Tuesday, May 15th 8:30-10:30’ish  Math II
Wednesday, May 16th 8:30-10:30’ish Science I & II

We still could use some healthy snacks for testing week.

We did some test prep in the morning.  As the students completed their practices, they received back their scores from this practice and also the language arts and math practice that we did for homework last week.

Seaman -  in the book the Corps has survived their confrontation with the Teton Suiox

Students started working on writing their own journal entries regarding a Corp of Discovery type adventure.  

P.E. -- basketball

We spent the last part of the day getting rid for our testing.  Students need to complete this form and think about how they control so much of their own destiny.

Homework for the week:

Get at least 10 hours of sleep per evening.

Exercise and enjoy the gift of this sun.

Start collecting “adjectives” due Thursday

Math --- there will be a 10 to 12 question handout given out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

This is tentative -- May 10th -- the class will be having lunch provided

Focus on What You Control -- due on Tuesday

States and Capitals exam will be on Friday.  

Science 85, 86 and 87 is due on Tuesday.
