Today we worked for 75 minutes on our Theme 1 projects. Once again kids did an amazing job staying on task and challenging themselves.

What is really amazing about this, is they completely self taught themselves how to use this software. They watched the video tutorials and then went off and running.

We finished discussing compromise, the debate over enslaved people, Federalists/Antifederalists and Amendments.

I am attending an all day technology conference at the District Office tomorrow. So Mr. Cross my former protege, tutor and aspiring 5th grade teacher himself, will be manning the fort tomorrow for room C-5. Please make sure students bring any neccessary materials for their theme 1 project since they will once again be given 60+ minutes to work on them.
