Being a fellow parent I understand how we have all completed our phone numbers and emails several times already. I am asking if you would please complete one more phone number and email form for my own personal excel document. This will allow me to create a hard copy and have easy access to the form on my smartphone, laptop, computer at home...etc.
Please note the end message where I am also excited to try out a great communication tool that will allow me to send group text when I need to send out a reminder or convey some last second information.
