In the computer lab on Monday, October 11, 2010

FIRST THING TO DO:
The first 20 minutes practice their typing on Mavis Beacon.

2ND THING TO DO:
After 20 minutes, stop them from typing and read and take notes on the Bill of Rights.....
I want you to try and read/use the Prezi for learning about the Bill of Rights.

Here is the first link:
http://prezi.com/rn_jr9ibbfr5/the-bill-of-rights/

It has tons of great information about our Bill of Rights which will be on Thursday's test .  You should not be done “reading” these Prezi’s in just 5 minutes, take your time and read through them.
This is another great link to help study for the Bill of Rights:

Now this one is a great video to watch while at home to review the first part of our constitution:

If you still have time before 9:30 -- you should watch the prezis again OR watch Brainpop movies on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Around 9:30’ish stop watching the Prezi’s and move onto our math for today.
Sign into their www.pearsonsuccessnet.com accounts.
  1. I want everyone to watch today’s video lessons and complete the quiz that goes with it.
  2. I assigned everyone the last 3 lessons of the chapter, so they should watch the lesson and then successfully complete the 5 question quiz.
  3. I assigned everyone the chapters 1 through 3 review test.  It is 40 questions long and you must complete this “test” by Friday.  You may use your book and your notebook to do your very best on this test.
