March 17, 2011

Famous American now due on Monday, March 21st.   A large number of people have expressed an interest in going for the 90% or higher on their first attempt.  Therefore, I am giving them the extra time.  Also my sister is in town from Austin, Texas and I rarely get to spend time with her so there is little to zero chance that I would look at them this weekend.  So let the kids have some extra time.

Today --
With band going on, we played catch up and worked on projects.  Students continued to work on their reading comprehension, A.R. tests, math tests, and famous American reports.

We also spent some time reviewing our recent “masterpieces.”  A big emphasis on what goes into inference skills and what is an acceptable 5th grade answer.
